let me just preface this post by stating that i actually have no clue what i am talking about and you probably shouldn't listen to a thing i have to say.  i am literally making this stuff up as i go.  so before you go following my "fitness plan" you might wanna invest a smidgen a bit of time into your own research, this is just a blow by blow of what my lazy butt has been up to lately.  
last month this fitness company reached out to me about sending me some items (fyi: this is how it works in the world of blogging, we get "gifted" items all the time.  we are under no obligation to post about said product and usually i don't unless i actually do love the item being sent and in this case, i do love a great pair of leggings.)  i tried them on, they fit amazing and i got inspired.  i downloaded an app, i started paying attention to what i was eating and then i got busy and that inspiration fizzled and now i am back in the battle of wanting to be fit but not actually wanting to put any energy towards achieving that goal.  its a constant struggle. according to my sister, i'm fat on the inside . . . . . she's super sweet in case you couldn't tell.  and i know i have been genetically blessed to not really have to try, but i really do want to be fit.  i feel better, i sleep better, let's be honest, i look better (that's not vanity, that's just the truth)  working out and eating healthy puts me in an all around better mood, and i LOVE that feeling!  but more often than not, life gets in the way and before i know it, i've missed an entire week and it's back to step 1.  it can be depressing, i'm not gonna lie, especially when there's all the super human moms running around with their ridiculously bangin bods, fixing their martha approved meals and making it all look so easy.  i'm sorry, but where do these women find the time?  it is 1:30 in the afternoon on a friday and i am still currently in my pajamas, the pots from breakfast are still on the stove, and i've only managed to wash 1 load of laundry and it probably won't get folded or put away til next week.  so, for those of you asking; when is this chick ever gonna get to her workout routine?  this is it.  i eat fairly clean with excessive sugar snacking; i only drink water with a lot of coffee; i run around after 3 psychotic rugrats all day (this burns more calories than you would think) and occasionally, i manage to get in some form of aerobic activity.  i downloaded the Kayla Itsines SWEAT app, and when i have the time, i LOVE it!  nobody sponsored me to say that, it's just actually the most perfect app for the lazy exerciser.  the workouts are only 28 minutes long, you don't have to leave your house and you only have to do them 3 times a week and even though i only manage to average 1 a week, at least its something.  still dreaming of that rockin housewife figure but for now, i'm happy with my mom muscles.  what do y'all do to get/stay motivated?  i'd love to hear your tips and stories!!
