ballerina

oops!!  totally forgot to hit publish yesterday, but hey, hello weekend!!!!  i'm twirling my way into friday (er saturday), feelin so extra happy after an awesome night out with the hubs to celebrate my favorite lady on the grand opening of her new pop up shop!!!  Taxidermy has officially taken over Charleston and i could not be more excited because i can now stop by any time and hang out with all the pretty python handbags!!!  and the natural lighting is insane, so its the perfect mirror selfie store (priorities you guys ;))

i suck lately at posting, i know, i'm sorry!!  jeremy and i are currently sharing 1 laptop and it's been a serious struggle since both of our work is done primarily on the internet, but i plan on hittin up radio shack this weekend and scouring a new guy for myself.  any suggestions??  im uber tech illiterate, which is why i've put off buying this thing for so long, but it can no longer wait.  so anywho, let's dish on today's digs, shall we?

look number 2 of my Taxidermy x Maris Dehart collab has me feeling like i'm 5 again fumbling my way through ballerina lessons.  i literally only signed up for the shoes.  i never actually had the coordination or flexibility for ballet, but those pretty pink slippers were worth the embarrassment.  luckily, it's totally on trend to play prima ballerina and i probably wear these flats far too often!!  so, i embraced the vibe and paired them with this adorably plush sweater and my re-done mini.  (and by re-done, i mean, goodwill 80's jeans turned perfect black mini skirt)  and of course, the piece de resistance . . . . . this TO DIE FOR ballerina pink stripe python tote!!!!  of all the taxidermy bags in all the land, this one is forever my favorite!!!  the shape, the chain, all of it.  in every color, i'm in love!!!  jeremy, if your listening, i've been a very good girl this year ;)
