 happy Man Candy Monday lovies!!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and to help cheer up your Monday blues, today kicks off a new men's fashion series on the blog!!  for the next 2 months (and potentially more) I hope to delight your eyes and inspire your men's wardrobes because every fab lady should be on the arm of a stylish man!!
even more than dressing myself, I love styling others!!  having worked retail since high-school, I quickly gained a knack for pulling looks and dressing mannequins.  and men have always been my favorite!!  for the most part, they're fairly simple.  men's fashion takes few risks and consist of classic styles that easily transition from season to season.  so for our first mcm, we kick off summer with the quintessential beach look.  chino shorts are a summer staple, but this pair is a bit more festive with its tribal print.  I paired it with a lightweight knit henley to keep it breezy and topped it off with this mock hoodie that I am totally obsessing over!!  its the perfect pull-over for a cool summer evening and with its cuffed sleeves and shawl neck its effortlessly chic.
when it comes to men's accessories, there are 2 contributing factors to base your choices: hair/skin tone and casualness of style
for a laid back style such as this, brown is always a good idea!  particularly fair or darker complexions can be a bit more tricky, but truly as a general rule, brown looks great on most men.
I paired this look with distressed leather lace up, tortoise trimmed sunnies and a leather bound watch all to compliment his beach boy vibe and flowing brown locks.
