Belle on a Budget: the 7 Gypsy Graphic Tee

Good Morning Belles!!  Who's ready to rock n' roll on a budget??  i know this chick is!!  1 trend x 2 ways all from the hottest new 'tique in town 7 Gypsy!!  be sure to tune in to 2 Girls and a Guy this am for your chance to win a $50 gift card to shop the looks and scroll down for a breakdown of how i styled this closet staple!

Surprise, surprise, i'm obsessed with graphic tees!  one scroll of my instafeed coulda told ya that, right?  here's why i think they're great; they're basicly a basic (yup), they instantly up your cool factor, and they never go out of style!!  got an old camp wannaneverleave tee?  wear it!! it's totally legit!  disney land circa 1985, pull that bad boy out and rock it with pride!!  threw them all out the day you got a "real job" and figured you better start dressing like an adult??  don't worry boo, you're not fooling anyone and who says "adulting" is really all that fun anyways??  graphic tees can refresh even the most boring of uniforms.  whether you wanna wear your heart on your sleeve chest or take it back to the oldies, 7 Gypsy has got you covered.  literally too many options, i couldn't choose just 1, so i bought like 4 and styled 2 up for ya.  first up is my forever favorite, the band tee!  i'm calling this look "boho luxe" but really if you take away the braids and fringe, it's pretty "edgy sophisticated".  this is essentially my basic formula for styling a graphic tee; jeans, tee, blazer and then accessorize according to mood/vibe you wish to portray.  the choker is my favorite add-on.  i am really loving that these are coming back in style, what about you guys??

next up is a tad simpler in the pairing, but packs a lot of punch and is sure to earn you brownie points with the boys.  like, i'm thinking you head out for a night on the town, because you're sure to have all the guys up in your cinnabuns.  i myself am a total nerd and love me some r2d2 so, i just had to style this star wars tee.  i paired it with these seriously comfortable trousers (never wanted to take these guys off, not even kidding!) and some strappy sandals.  true story: i had an office job (way back when) and this was pretty much my uniform.  throw on a blazer and a more sensible heel and it's pretty perfect.

so, clearly graphic tees aren't going anywhere and thank goodness because my collection is borderline hoarders status.  next time you go to grab that stripe tee or button up blouse, grab a graphic instead!  i promise you won't be disappointed with the outcome and it might even start up a convo with the cute boy in the freezer isle ;)  or the elephant ear stand . . . . totally happened, song lyrics were quoted, it was kind of hilarious.

on another totally awesome side note: 7 Gypsy will be showing opening night of Charleston Fashion Week!!  and, as if that's not exciting enough, they're giving away 2 tickets!  head to their instagram for full deets on your chance to win.  have a great day belles and thanks for stopping by!!
