hey hey hey!! this color already has me in a great mood, so i'm pretty pumped for hump day, how bout y'all?? today's look is all about when classic meets color. the older i get, the more i love a classic blouse and a great fitting pant and all the staple items that truly build your wardrobe. this top is one of those time-defying fits that always looks chic and never goes out of style. i guess when you think about it, most of Banana Republic's pieces are. the fresh approach? that bright fun hue!! if purple's not your vibe, you can always snag it in black or white, but a little birdie told me purple is making a comeback and by fall it will be all the rage, so i for one am keepin this guy on rotation. i styled it with my current obsession (well, one of them anyways), vintage levis. i think i'm up to 5 or 6 pair now?? it's kind of an addiction, but i really love the whole "mom jean" trend that's happening, that and boyfriend jeans. they're so comfortable and easy to dress up or down and my husband hates them, so of course, that makes me want to wear them even more!! what are some of your favorite trends right now? are you on the mom train??
